Electric Underground LHD Mining Loader with 1 CBM Bucket

  1. Load capacity: 2.0 T
  2. Bucket volume : 1.0 m³
  3. Rated power : 45 kw
,

The electric scraper is driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor, rubber tires, and front and rear axles simultaneously overcoming the high failure rate, maintenance difficulties, and safety hazards of the swing frame, greatly reducing the investment in manpower and material resources.

  1. Environmentally Friendly & Zero Emission: Unlike diesel loader the electric scooptram produces no exhaust gases. making it ideal for underground mines, tunnels, and enclosed construction sites where ventilation is limited. The drastically improves working safety and reduces energy consumption.
  2. Enhance Safety and Stability: The loader uses a wet multi-disc, fully enclosed braking system, ensuring strong and reliable braking performance even in wet, muddy, or underground environments. The reinforced frame and strong hydraulic structure make the machine safe for heavy-duty digging, scooping and transportation.
  3. Significant Lower Operating Cost: Electric power is far more economical than diesel. With a lithium iron phosphate battery, the machine offers 6-8 hours of continuous operation on a single charge. This reduces fuel expenses and minimizes maintenance, giving operators a long-term cost advantage.
  4. High Performance in All Terrains: With a maximum scooping force of 48 kN, maximum drawbar pull of 58 kN, and a strong climbing ability of 14° the loader can operate smoothly in rough, uneven, or inclined working areas. Its compact turning radius also makes it ideal for confined spaces.
